Transition Services for Young Adults (Ages 14+)

Preparing for What's Next, Together.

The transition from school to adult life is one of the most important chapters in a young person's journey. Belco works with transition-age youth—ages 14 and older—to explore possibilities, build skills, and prepare for employment and community life.

Transition Support Includes:

  • Career exploration and interest assessments
  • Workplace readiness and life skills development
  • School-to-work transition planning in collaboration with families and educators
  • Introduction to Belco's employment and day programming services, if appropriate
  • Coordination with county boards, schools, and OOD transition coordinators
  • The earlier we start planning, the more possibilities we can open. We'd love to be part of your young person's next chapter.
